Cancellation Policy

Peak Season

  • No refunds after confirmation.

Mid Season

  • 25% Cancellation charges in case the bookings are cancelled/postponed/ amended 1 month prior to check in date.
  • 50% Cancellation charges in case the bookings are cancelled/postponed/ amended 15 days prior to check in date.
  • No refunds if the bookings are cancelled/postponed/ amended within the last 15 days.

We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to bad weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances like bad health etc. and general cancellation policy would be applicable. If the hotel is shut or the approach to the hotel does not allow any guest to reach in such cases a credit note is issued to you for the total amount of your package or a complete refund is made.
